Hey, I’m Jessika Simpson.
M.Ed. in Special Education, former DOE teacher, current service provider, neuroscience coach, and clarity-first strategist for neurodivergent and creative thinkers.
I created Mindset Then Growth because I know how overwhelming it feels to juggle life, business, and the pressure to “show up” — especially when you’re a solo coach trying to figure it all out with no roadmap that actually fits how your brain works.

But I don’t throw around numbers — because I believe wealth is deeply personal.
